In order to get your people in the right seats, you must know what makes them tick. As a leader, you need to ensure that your people are performing the tasks they were hired to complete. You also need to make sure they are all aligned with your company’s — and their own — core values so that they can produce the best possible work day in and day out.
Take five minutes of executive time, every day for ten days, to answer this question. Each day, push yourself to implement your plan and take action!
